2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. 3. Subscription Plans and Payment

• Professional: $49.99/month -- Up to 1,000 AI queries per month.

All payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a significant service outage or billing error, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge by contacting us. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method via PayPal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials on our platform are the property of AI Tech Talk & Support or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Your submitted data (diagnostic results, queries, etc.) remains your property, though you grant us a limited license to process it for service delivery.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Diagnostic results or technical guidance will resolve every issue.

AI-generated content is provided as informational guidance only. You are responsible for verifying any recommendations before acting on them, particularly for automotive diagnostics and ECU programming where improper actions could cause damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Tech Talk & Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or equipment, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Tech Talk & Support, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately, though provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and governing law survive.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
